One day while perusing Etsy, I saw a dress that stopped me mid-scroll. (Similar here, or this + this skirtΒ are amazing!) It was a vintage-inspired, knee length dress that had grey/blue tulle at the skirt. Reminding me of Sarah Jessica Parker, it was exactly what I envisioned as a wedding shower dress – fun, feminine and a flirty statement. Best of all? The shop owner custom made the dress to my measurements for $109. Yes, you read that right. $109.
And that, my friends, is how the most fabulous dress I’ve ever worn came to be. It was perfect for the shower, and for the engagement photos that Leon Halip took for Doug and I. Paired with my favorite metallic heels, I felt like a princess!
