Last week, I fell in love with New England. After visiting Boston, Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard, I never wanted to leave. Between dinner boat cruises, trolly tours, beach days, bike rides, baseball games, lobster dinners and wine nights, it was a trip that went by faster than a blink of an eye. My favorite part of the trip was getting to be a part of Doug’s sister Caitlin’s engagement. So much excitement and love in the air! Le sigh.
Below are a few scenes from the trip. Just looking at the pictures makes me want to jet back and relive it all over again. Luckily I can somewhat revisit it every day this week – I have a New England inspired post for every day this week including an outfit post, two delicious recipes and a spotlight on mens preppy fashion that I can’t wait to share.

Looks like a wonderful time, so beautiful x
This is an area which is already on my must-visit list and your lovely photos make want to go there even more! Beautiful skyline and a very pretty beach!
It looks like you had a great trip! I love NE and Boston is definitely one of my top cities. It’s really a shame that I’m such a baby in the winter. Just the idea of Boston in the winter makes me shiver.
I’m a New England baby–it totally has my heart. I can’t wait to see all the posts you come up with!
Looks like so much fun! I love that area… I have always dreamed of moving there 🙂 Who knows though, I might be a MidWest girl forever!
Well, New England looks rather awesome! So glad you had such a great time! xx
great pictures! can’t wait to see what other New England posts are in store 🙂 x
So cool to see your pictures from all my old stomping grounds! I was also just in Massachusetts/Boston last week – maybe we passed each other 🙂 I’m excited for your week of New England posts!

I have always wanted to go on a trip like this! Such great places.
So many engagements for you and your family/friends- congrats! I grew up in upstate NY (and practically Vermont) so I can totally appreciate the gorgeousness of New England, too!
What gorgeous photos! Those beach pics are so dreamy!
Great pictures! I’ve never been to Boston, but you definitely make me want to go! What a beautiful skyline and sunset!
Cheers!
