Is it really July 17?! Unbelievable. Busyness has been my friend & foe lately. This summer is going by fast, and while I’ve been living up every second, I do wish I could slow time and soak things in more.
Between our engagement, wedding planning, working, summer volleyball, bachelorette parties, touring apartments in prep for a September move, Michigan lake outings, friend wine nights, weddings and concerts…whirlwind is an understatement.
To soak it all in, my little internet home has taken a back seat and I miss blogging dearly. But, my dears, I’m back in the game and excited to share some fun posts that I’ve had in the works in the coming days/weeks!

Gorgeous pictures!! Ahhh…love Lake Michigan, used to to go there lots as a child. Haven’t been home to Michigan in years, must do sometime!! Looks marvellous!! xx

I’ve been doing volleyball too! I look forward to it every Monday, so perfect by the water!! And the rainbows I’ve seen from down there are incredible too. This summer is flying by! I just want to keep spending time outdoors and make more homemade ice cream 🙂
Looks like you’ve been loooooving summer!! I’m surprised to hear you’re doing a ton of wedding planning – it feels like you JUST got engaged! But maybe that’s just because time is freaking flyyying! Wedding planning is the #1 reason I don’t mind that I’m not engaged yet haha. I hope we’ll get to hear more about your planning as it’s going on!
