Kels here! Working out is a priority for me. This is not only for the physical benefits I get from exercising, but mostly what it does for my mind. My mood instantly gets 100 times better after I get the endorphins in motion and sweat a bit. Especially with two young kids, I need that part of my day to make me a better mom!

In addition to a great workout playlist, wearing cute athletic gear is another big motivator for me to get a good sweat in!
Here, I’m sporting my favorite wireless headphones which are perfect to listen to this amazing workout playlist on, my new Reebok shoes (not only are they SO comfortable and super supportive, I swear I’ve gotten at least one compliment a day since buying them), my top from Free People Movement is so light and airy for summer (currently on sale!), my ALL TIME favorite lulu pants I literally live in 24/7, and my favorite lulu sports bra!
My cross-body backpack is from Hi Love Travel (it is waterproof, recyclable, and perfect for day to day errands). Lastly, I never go anywhere without my Swell water bottle!
