One of the year’s biggest sales is here — The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!

I love shopping this sale because it’s all new items that are on sale. So, basically, a major sale of all the things you’re eyeing for fall and winter, on sale before the season starts! It also is a great sale to stock up on quality items for gifting season. Be sure to browse all the categories: Womens Clothes + Womens Shoes + Mens Clothes + Mens Shoes + Kids + Home + Beauty. There truly is something for everyone – be sure to grab your items quick as they go fast!

Heads Up: It’s been open to card members of varying status levels for over a week now and already some items are sold out. Insider Access opens today (Aug 13), and the sale opens to the general public on Aug 19!

I’m a card member with standard “Insider Access”, so I’ll be shopping the sale today! Here’s what I’ve got compiled in my personal NSale wish list for when it opens up to me. I’ve included items I’m eyeing for me personally, the kids, and for my home!

J.Crew Supima V-Neck Tee

A super-soft tee that is perfect for everyday wear. Love the low V-neck. I can see this being worn with everything from jeans to midi skirts. Comes in coral, red, pink and blue – I’m got the pink and blue options! Can’t beat the under $20 price point with the sale.

Barefoot Dreams CozyChic Cardigan

A classic ivory cardigan, in the most comfortable material! This is the type of “throw-on-and-go” item that can be layered into many looks, and it’s also perfect for at home days, too.

Wide Braided Leather Belt

A very Anthro look, no? I love this belt as an option to add to a long dress or look where you’d need to define the waist a bit more. You may think a woven belt is just for summer, but think again! This could easily be worn with a long sweater and booties this fall for a stylish twist.

Long Sleeve Recycled Blend Performance T-Shirt

Another one I’ve heard great reviews about! This long sleeve T is perfect for lounge days around the house, and when gyms open back up again (Soon??! I hope!) it’ll be perfect to wear there too. Love that it’s made from recycled fabric!

Sam Edelman Laurie Platform Combat Boots

Punk style at its finest! I love combat boots paired with feminine details like a floral mini skirt or dress. It’s such a stylish juxtaposition, and one that I’m looking forward to wearing this fall!

True & Co. True Body V-Neck Bralet

I’ve heard amazing things about this bralet, and I can’t wait to try it out! It’s lightweight, with no elastic or bulky seams, and disappears under clothing.

Gal Meets Glam Stripe Lawn Maxi Dress

Delicate ruffles and a beautiful stripe design. I’ve been eyeing this dress for a long time, so I was really happy to see it in the sale! I have two Gal Meets Glam dresses and I love them for their classic beauty. This dress is under $100, which is a price point I hardly ever see with Gal Meets Glam dresses!

Confetti Print Midi Shirt Dress

A little bit retro, and a little bit country. I love this dress! It’s the rare print that works well in spring, summer and fall. This would look so cute styled now with sandals, and later with booties and a leather jacket.

A Few Quick Call Outs…

There are a ton of items included in the sale that I already have in my closet, and that have proven to be amazing items to invest in! Here are some of my favorites that I highly recommend: Hunter Rain Boots (GET THESE if you don’t have them already – they’re great even in the winter because you can also get liners for them!) + Gorjana Crescent Necklace + Black Over The Knee Boots (A “must” for fall fashion!) + Free People Afterglow Mock Neck Top (This was a favorite of mine last year, even while I was pregnant!) + Spanx Faux Leather Leggings + VEJA Shoes (If you don’t have a pair yet, GET THESE!!!)

Wish List For The Kiddos

Back to school shopping is around the corner, and even though our kids will be learning at home this year, I want to make sure to indulge in the little daily things that are still fun. Grace and Josephine love getting dressed up and picking their outfits every day! So, with that in mind, here’s a few things I plan on surprising them with for “Back To School”: Floral Long Sleeve French Terry Dress + Flutter Sleeve Jersey Dress + PomPom Sweater + Moto Boots (THESE ARE SO CUTE!) + Slip On Sneakers.

For Beau, I spotted a few adorable things too! I plan on getting him his first pair of Chuck Taylors (The print is so cute for little boys) + Short Sleeve Bodysuits.

If you’re looking for a great baby items to stock up on, I saw that Little Giraffe Blankets are in the sale! All three of my kids have these and they’re AMAZING. So soft and they make wonderful gifts!

Don’t forget — home items are included in the sale! I love browsing this section because they always have really great finds for a steal. A lot of items also make wonderful presents, so while you’re browsing for yourself, be sure to consider who you may need to purchase things for in the future.
