Ready or not, here it comes!
I went to Evereve recently to stock up on some new fall outfits and items, and much to my surprise, it snowed the very next day! I was almost giddy with excitement to wear the items I’d taken home – the season’s first snow is always so much fun. (Talk to me in a few months, though. I’m sure I’ll be singing a different tune!)
By the way, I’m so excited to announce that I have just signed on with Evereve to be a brand ambassador for the next year! (Yeaaaa!)
I’m really excited to be working with them for so many reasons; their sales associates are always so helpful, their styles are on-trend and yet approachable, and I love the brands that they carry! (French Connection, Spanx, Free People, Agolde, Dolce Vita, and Frame, to name a few.) Look for lots of great (and hopefully helpful!) content to come, especially on Instagram and within my Shop Daily Charms section. In the meantime, here are the favorite items I tried on in store recently.
Spoiler alert: Pictured above are the items that I went home with from my try on session!
Evereve Try On: 8 Fall Outfits To Shop Now
It was tough to choose, but I can’t get over how much I love each of these items. The Harlow Lace Cozy Booties (the black options I have on can be found here) are perfect for any type of weather as they have great grips on the bottom. The Montreal Longline Coat is like wearing a blanket, and I really can’t get over the chic southwest print! I love that the Lena Stripe Hat has a bit of a sporty twist.
Not pictured above, but look for them soon, is the Free People Afterglow Mock Neck which I’m thinking I’ll wear for Thanksgiving day! It’s beautiful on, can be dressed up or down, warm, and comfortable. Wins all around. I also got the Bailey Earring Stud Pack + Mila Circle Drop Earrings + Jodi Stretch Bracelets for accessories.
Alright, let’s get on with the dressing room try on! I tried on a lot of things, but all of the below were my favorites. How cute are these looks?!
Look #1
Phoebe Stripe Cardigan (Love that this pairs well with any neutral) + Essential Sleeveless Mock Dress (Fits over a baby bump, and is very versatile) + Marc Fisher Snake Booties (Remember my post on How To Style Snakeskin Boots? These are a total neutral and great for the season!)
Look #2
Essential Sleeveless Mock Dress (Seen above! So chic, right?!) + Cupcakes and Cashmere Animal Moto Jacket (LOVE the shape of this! Great item to spruce up an outfit) + Harlow Lace Cozy Booties (Went home with these! They’re waterproof, have great grips on the bottom, and are very comfortable.)
Look #3
French Connection River Vhari Knit Sweater (SO cozy and love the color/shape! Easily fits over a baby belly, too.) + Spanx Velvet Leggings (PERFECT for the holidays! Would have gotten these but my belly was constricted as they’re not maternity. If I wasn’t pregnant, these would have been first on my list) + Marc Fisher Snake Booties
Look #4
The Montreal Longline Coat (Went home with this! Like wearing a blanket, and I really can’t get over the chic southwest print.) + Spanx Velvet Leggings + Harlow Lace Cozy Booties + Billie Tunic Tee (Stretchy! The flow/fit is nice and relaxed)
Look #5
Lena Stripe Hat + Spanx Velvet Leggings + Samara Bauble Turtleneck Sweater (Love the baubles on this! Would look super cute with a skirt for a holiday party or work, too.) + Leopard Calf Hair Sneaker (Easy to slip on and off, super cute design!)
Look #6
Samara Bauble Turtleneck Sweater (Also pictured in the outfit above!) + Spanx Faux Leather Legging (Super flattering fit!) + New Balance 247 Sneaker (Under $80! Love the black but they also come in other colors here.)
Look #7
Spanx Faux Leather Legging + Free People Afterglow Mock Neck (AHH THIS SWEATER! Went home with this. The material is soft and not itchy. It’s a very flattering, loose fit. Definitely my favorite sweater of the season so far; I’ll no doubt be wearing this on repeat.) + Chandra Bootie (Low block heel makes these very comfortable.)
Look #8
Darcy Sweater Dress (Is this not so cute?! Love the fit, and it’s the perfect fall outfit staple for work AND play!) + Dr. Scholls Mia Scrunch Knee Boots (I’m not kidding, these are probably some of the most comfortable boots I’ve ever worn. If I didn’t already have black over the knee boots I would have totally gotten these!)

What’s your favorite look or item from the above? Are you as into shopping for fall outfits right now as I am? Can’t get enough!
*The Harlow Lace Cozy Booties, Lena Stripe Hat, Free People Afterglow Mock Neck and Montreal Longline Coat were gifted by Evereve. However, as always, all opinions are my own! Huge thanks to Evereve for partnering on this post and in the coming year!

Hi Emily! I found you via Helene’s linkup and you’ve made so many good points here. I agree with you 100% that blogging isn’t dead. Something you said spoke to me and is so true: ” time spent creating is never wasted.” I think we need to blog from a place of passion first and foremost and that desire to create is what carries us from one stage of our blog to the next. Our authenticity comes through if we remember why we started and are writing and sharing from a genuine place. Blogging could never be dead if the creativity is there and stays close to our hearts, if that makes sense.
Happy New Year and all the best to you in 2020!
YES to this and I love this perspective! Totally agree. Blogging is here to stay, especially when people put so much of their heart and soul into it. 🙂 Happy new year to you as well and thank you so much for swinging by! xx
