:: Bundle Up :: This week Chicago was hit with more than 12 inches of snow on Tuesday, resulting in early work dismissals and eerily quiet nights. I came across this photo of the famous Millennium Park “Bean” from the Chicago Architecture Foundation. It perfectly captures the magic of the city upon snow fall, doesn’t it? I love the pop of red form the umbrella that the couple is under.
:: Watch :: Have you seen the new Google commercial? Happy tears. Remember Dear Sophie? Happy tears there too. Seriously, their commercials get me every time.
:: Create :: Brynn always has the best DIY projects. How creative is this watercolor gold dipped lantern?
:: New ‘Do :: I recently tried out an impromptu hairstyle; a single braid starting on the right of my head and ending on the left.
:: Vintage Finds :: Doug visited San Francisco last week and came back with these unique gold & copper pendants. I turned them into a really cool DIY necklace that I can’t wait to share with you on Monday!
:: Click Through ::
:: Next week I have a fabulous blogger guest post lined up. Before then, check out her blog + her latest DIY for Self Magazine!
:: My team at DDB got some exciting news this week.
:: This song has been on repeat.
:: Ever wonder how much sugar is in your drinks?
:: These street style photos from Paris make me want to hop on a plane.
:: Speaking of hoping on a plane, on Thursday I’m jetting off to Naples for Kelsey’s wedding. So excited!
:: Cutest. Grandma. Ever.
:: Ashley’s post on Identities was really thought provoking.
Have a great weekend! xo

That photo of Chicago is so perfect! I’m from the city as well but have been traveling a lot for work as of late so I missed the big storm. I’m one of the weird ones who loves snowfall so I was kinda sad about it. You have a great blog… I’m looking forward to keeping up! XO
