Fact: Every winter needs a “just for fun” jacket.
…And I found such a great one for everyday wear! Here are two Evereve outfits that embrace two totally different looks by simply swapping out a few items.
One is a relaxed and casual look, while the other is a look styled for a dressier occasion. I personally wore the jogger outfit during a day around the house and doing errands, while the tulle outfit was worn to a ladies lunch where I wanted to look a bit more Carrie Bradshaw than Sporty Spice.
This Alpine Puffer was a snag I grabbed recently; the sporty yet chic look was love at first sight. The pop of leopard in the collar is unexpected, and the stripe waistband cuffs bring a really cool element. It’s warm, yet not too overbearing. I’m a firm believer in puffer jackets if you live in the midwest. But not all days are crazy cold, so it’s nice to have something for those in-between days!

Details behind the two Evereve outfits
In the more relaxed, every day wear look…
I paired the jacket with cozy Cloth + Stone joggers. I love these because I can easily wear them while pregnant, but they’ll work perfectly for after delivery, too. Joggers are a great trend right now because you can easily dress them up with heels and a blouse, or wear them for everyday wear paired with sneakers or booties. A tunic tee was worn underneath, and this one in particular is made of a stretchy, super-soft material that makes you just want to live in it. Waterproof Sorel Harlow Lace Booties were the perfect add for the day I wore these because it was a rainy day — I love these boots in rain or sunshine!
I pulled my hair back and added a headband, and also wore layered stud and dangle earrings.
In the more dressed up, “Ready to turn heads” look…
I kept the tunic and headband, and added a tulle skirt and Chelsea booties! The skirt is past season, however I am absolutely in love with this tiered option, and if you’re looking for black (which is a great item for your wardrobe – perfect for year-round dress up!) this and this option are cute!
Jackets are so great to leverage in cooler months for building interesting focal points to an outfit, don’t you think?!
